• Security Cameras:
  The property is equipped with three (3) outdoor security cameras:

  • One at the front of the house (capturing the front yard)

  • One on each side of the house

  • One near the back door (capturing the backyard)
    Cameras will remain on during all reservations for security purposes.

• Pets:
  Pets are allowed.

• Parties & Gatherings:
  No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted.

  • If a party is reported and confirmed, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a $500 fine will be assessed.

• Grill Usage:
  Guests are welcome to use the grill complimentary.

  • Please clean the grill before departure.

  • A $50 cleaning fee will apply if left dirty.

• Age Requirement:
  Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at this property.

• Identification Requirement:
  A valid government-issued ID (driver’s license or passport) is required to complete the reservation.

  • The person completing the reservation must be the primary resident and responsible party during the stay.
