  Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, pipes, cigars, marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoke is absorbed into carpets, drapes, bedding, and furniture.

  • If smoking occurs, a $500 fee will be charged to restore the property to its original condition.

  • Additional action may be taken to prevent future bookings.

• Security Cameras:
  The property is equipped with three (3) outdoor security cameras:

  • One in the front yard

  • One on each side of the house

  • One near the back door overlooking the backyard
    Cameras will remain on during all reservations for security purposes.

• Parties and Gatherings:
  No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted.

  • If a party is reported and confirmed, you will be asked to leave immediately and a $500 fine will be charged.

• Grill Usage:
  Guests are welcome to use the grill at no additional charge.

  • Please clean the grill before departure.

  • A $50 cleaning fee will apply if the grill is left dirty.

• Property Care:

  • Please use coasters on the coffee tables.

  • Report any damages immediately to the Guest Contact.

• Age Requirement:

  • The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at the property.

• Identification Requirement:

  • A valid government-issued ID (driver’s license or passport) is required to complete your reservation.

  • The person who books must be the primary resident and responsible party during the stay.
