  • If smoking is detected, a $500 restoration fee will be charged.

  • Additional action may be taken to prevent future bookings.

• Security Cameras:
  The property is equipped with three (3) outdoor security cameras:

  • One at the front of the house (covering the front yard)

  • One on each side of the house

  • One near the back door (covering the backyard)
    Cameras are on during all reservations for security purposes.

• Pets:
  No pets are allowed.

• Parties & Gatherings:
  No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted.

  • If a party is reported and confirmed, guests will be required to vacate the property immediately, and a $500 fine will be assessed.

• Grill Usage:
  Usage of the grill is complimentary.

  • Guests are required to clean the grill before leaving.

  • A $50 cleaning fee will apply if the grill is left dirty.

• Property Care:

  • Please use coasters on the coffee tables and at the downstairs bar.

  • Report any damages to the Guest Contact immediately.

• Age Requirement:
  Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book and stay at this property.

• Responsibility:
  The person who completes the reservation must be the primary resident and responsible party during the entire stay.
