No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the property, including cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or marijuana. Smoke can be absorbed into carpets, drapes, bedding, and furniture.-

If a party is reported and confirmed, guests will be required to vacate the property immediately, and a $500 fine will be assessed.

Use of the grill is complimentary; however, guests must clean the grill after use.-
A $50 cleaning fee will apply if the grill is left dirty.

Property Location
Reviews
The house was very clean and located in a quiet residential area. We were only three people staying for one night, but this would be a great space for a larger group to spread out, especially in the big yard. The property managers were very prompt and thorough with communication. We also appreciated the sweet treats left in the candy jars for us!
Great place with excellent host
We rented the house for a family wedding and it was perfect. Everyone had their oen personal space. The home is very spacious, and the hosts went over and above providing amenities and were easy to work with! Would rent again!
