No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the property, including cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or marijuana.-
Smoke odors are absorbed into carpets, drapes, bedding, and furnishings.

If smoking occurs inside, a $500 restoration fee will be charged, and further action may be taken to prevent future bookings.

There are three (3) active security cameras on the property:-
One at the front of the house (capturing the front yard)

Cameras will remain on during all reservations.

Parties & Gatherings:
No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.-
If a party is reported and confirmed, you will be required to vacate the property immediately and a $500 fine will apply.

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at this property. -
Grill Usage:
Use of the outdoor grill is complimentary.-
Guests must clean the grill before departure.

A $50 cleaning fee will apply if the grill is left dirty.

Enjoyed the stay, basement games perfect for our younger boys to enjoy. Pretty property surrounded by trees and a short 25 min Uber ride to downtown Atlanta. Worked out well for us. Nice quiet retreat.
Amazing place
The host of the home was super accommodating for our young family's long journey to Roswell GA. Great owners of the home who make you feel welcome and assist with any questions needed. The house is very clean and tidy, everything that was needed and more is in the home. My children LOVED the playroom and was the highlight of the stay. Overall our family had a great relaxing experience exploring Roswell. Would definitely stay again if needed in the future!
