• Smoking:
  No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the property (including cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or marijuana). Smoke odors are absorbed into carpets, drapes, bedding, and other soft furnishings.

  • If smoking occurs inside the property, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged to restore the property to its original condition.

  • Additional action may be taken to prevent future bookings.

• Security Cameras:
  The property is equipped with three (3) active security cameras:

  • One at the front of the house (capturing the front yard)

  • One on each side of the house

  • One near the back door (capturing the backyard)
    Cameras will remain on during all reservations.

• Parties & Gatherings:
  No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted.

  • If a party is reported and confirmed, you will be required to vacate the property immediately and a $500 fine will be applied.

• Age Requirement:
  The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book this property.

• Grill Usage:
  Usage of the outdoor grill is complimentary; however:

  • Guests must clean the grill after use.

  • A $50 cleaning fee will be charged if the grill is left dirty.

• Property Care:

  • Please use coasters on the coffee tables and at the downstairs bar.

  • Immediately report any damages to the guest contact.

• Identification Requirement:
  To finalize your reservation, a valid form of identification (driver’s license or passport) must be provided.

  • The person completing the booking must be the primary occupant and responsible party for the stay.
